Robovac Fixes (a working name) is an independent troubleshooting directory for robot vacuums: error codes, app-pairing failures and parts compatibility. It starts with Roborock; Dreame, Ecovacs, eufy and Roomba are planned.

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roborock, Dreame, Ecovacs, eufy (Anker), iRobot/Roomba, or any other manufacturer or retailer. Brand and model names are used only to identify the products discussed. For warranty service, always use the manufacturer's official support.

How pages are written

• Cheapest fix first. Free checks before settings changes, settings changes before parts, parts before replacing the robot.
• Sourced. Each page lists its sources: official help pages where they exist, plus clearly labelled owner reports from public forums. Owner reports are described as reports, not guarantees.
• Honest about limits. Every page has a "When to contact support" section, and steps that involve mains electricity or could affect a warranty are flagged.
• No tracking. No analytics, no cookies, no third-party scripts.

Corrections

Model differences and firmware updates change things. If a step is wrong or out of date, treat the official manufacturer guidance as authoritative.
